    Homemade Lasagna (created by me)

Yesterday, my boyfriend wished me to make a yummy lasagna (he is italian food maniac hehehee).
So, i decide to gain some information about lasagna.
By combining some recipes, i made my own lasagna recipe and here we go.....

    HOMEMADE LASAGNA

    Ingredients :

    SKIN and TOPPING :
    • 100-150 gr dried lasagna sheets
    • 1 liter water (to boil lasagna)
    • 2-3 tbsp. butter
    • 100 gr mozzarella cheese
    • Parmesan cheese powder
    • Parsley leaves, chop
    • Salt
    BOLOGNESE sauce :
    • 250-300 gr ready-to-cook-bolognese-sauce (u can also use 3 tbsp tomato puree combined with salt and sugar)
    • 150 gr minced beef
    • 1-2 onion (choose the big one), chop
    • 50 gr champignon mushroom, sliced it first
    • Oregano powder
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    BECHEMOL sauce :
    • 250 ml liquid milk (use plain)
    • 100 gr cheddar cheese
    • 3-5 tbsp wheat flour
    • Butter
    • Salt and sugar

    How to cook :
    1. SKIN : Prepare 1 liter water to boil the lasagna sheet, put butter and salt to avoid lasagna sheet sticks together. Boil till lasagna sheet expands and mushy. Drain. Set aside.
    2. BOLOGNESE : Heat the butter, put onion and stir-fried until smells good. Put mushroom and minced beef inside then fried well done. Put bolognese / tomato puree inside then add some oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. Pour. Set aside.
    3. BECHEMOL : Heat the butter. Put a half of milk inside but put it slowly to prevent the broken milk. Grate cheddar cheese above. Pour. Put the rest of milk and pour it slowly. Put wheat flour and pour it slowly. Add some sugar and salt to taste. Pour it until the paste is thick enough. Set aside.
    4. COMBINING : Use an alluminium foil to cover the brass or use disposable alluminium mold. Put some butter on the wall of foil. Put lasagna sheet for the bottom, then bolognese sauce, the bechemol. Repeat them until the foil is full. Grate mozzarella cheese for the top and add some parmesan and parsley.
    5. Grilled on the 180°C oven for 10-20minutes until the cheese melted down and the colour turns brown a little. Served it hot.

    Bon Appetite !
